BEN DONOVAN

HEAD COACH | OWNER

 

Ben is the Head Coach and Owner of Hyperformance Fitness. Outside of coaching he is a single father of two boys, a fitness athlete, and a former Army Ranger with 1st Ranger Battalion and has four combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. Ben has a great passion for coaching. He believes that a coach’s journey is one of mastery; never ending; so that to master coaching is to gain knowledge daily. Humans evolve, so should fitness. He is dedicated to creating the best environment and educating his clients to create balance in their lives and learn to embrace the process of reaching their goals. As an athlete, Ben has competed and placed 8th as an individual in the 2014 Granite Games and placed 33rd at wodapalooza ’17 in the RX Team Division.
