REMOTE INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM DESIGN

All people are unique in their goals, needs and abilities. Learn more about the components that contribute to the design of each client’s program:

  • Your personal coach will assess your movement, create a custom program design, and present the plan of action that will get you to your goals.
  • Communication is key in any relationship. You will have access to your coach through an app called TrueCoach where you can find your custom workouts and message your coach directly.
  • Monthly consultations are included with your program design to enhance communication with you and your coach, to go over progress, struggles, and reaffirming goals.
  • Your coach is there to motivate, keep you focused, and hold you Accountable.
  • Nutrition guidance from your coach that will progress you from where you currently stand with nutrition. It’s not a race! Small steps in the right direction will create powerful habits for long term goals.
  • Your coach will give you tips and goals to improve upon with lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and self care.
  • Mindset is everything. Win in your mind first and the body will follow. Your coach will help build your confidence every step of the way!
  • We know life is complicated and schedules are busy! Your coach will work around your schedule in order to develop the most effective plan for you and your goals.

NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE

Don’t need help with exercise but struggle with nutrition? Let our expert coaches guide you on eating healthier and addressing key lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and nutrient deficiencies. Similar to Individual Program Design you will have continued communication with your coach and metrics to track to insure you get the results you came for.
